Individual counseling for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
Therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about understanding you.
“Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”
― Peter A. Levine
If you are a person feeling broken from carrying the weight of past trauma, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in supporting women and non-binary identifying people 15+ who are healing from childhood experiences like abuse, neglect, or attachment wounds, as well as single, painful events such as accidents, assaults, witnessing something frightening, or experiencing a sudden loss. Together, we’ll build a space where you can feel safe, brave, and supported as you move toward lasting healing and emotional resilience.
I understand that therapy does not exist outside of culture or history. Colonial privilege, systemic dynamics, and the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, alongside those with marginalized racial & ethnic identities and their communities can all shape our interactions. I strive to meet these realities as an ally with honesty, sensitivity, and cultural humility. I continue to learn about experiences beyond my own, and I welcome your cultural, ethnic, racial, gender, and sexual identities as integral parts of our healing work.
These sessions recognize that neurodiversity shapes how each person experiences themselves, relationships, and therapy. As a neurodiverse therapist, I approach our work with curiosity, humility and a commitment to deepening my understanding of varying neurodivergent experiences. Your individual communication style, sensory needs, and cognitive differences are valid and will be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process with a collaborative approach that focuses on your strengths.
